When did you have your last hair cut?

Long and sturdy hair is dream set of hair which could be desired for by any woman. But not all women like to grow their hair too much in length; in fact, they like to keep them in different styles through hair cut for the sake of transformation in their personality. This is not bad for the health of your hair but anything exceeding limits could go away leaving behind an injurious affect on your hair.

On the other hand, those in want of long hair do not pay attention to this part that how important it is to get your hair trimmed at least once a month. There is a myth behind trimming your hair that if you would get your hair trimmed in the days of rising moon, (between 1 to 14 dates of the lunar calendar) it will grow back soon. And if you get your hair trimmed after 14 of the lunar month, your hair growth will become slow. This myth is mostly believed in south-east Asiatic countries.

It is, therefore, must part of your life to keep check on the trimming and cutting of your hair on regular basis. Our hair grows from the roots and this is how we see the length of the hair growing longer. When a fresh hair grows out from the scalp, the already exposed part of that hair becomes a little damaged and dead at times. They then need to cut out because a dead portion of hair is lifeless. That is why beauticians and hair stylists put emphasis on getting a hair cut after every couple of months.

Like every individual is a unique, so are the hair. Some people have oily hair and they grow really fast. Dry and rough hair grows a bit slower than usual but still it varies from person to person. There is also a gene length of your hair. They may not grow after a certain length of the genetic scripture. But if you put lots and lot of efforts, then you may witness a better outcome.
